All claims for exchange or refunds must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order by contacting our Customer Service Team email@example.com
All items to be exchanged or returned must be unused and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
All our products are made based on every order that we receive, hence, we do not accept cancellations, except in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or wrong product.
Exchange or refunds are not valid on personalized products, except in the case of defective or wrong products.
We take utmost care to ensure that your products reach you in perfect condition, but in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or wrong product, please write to us firstname.lastname@example.org with images of the product explaining what’s wrong. Once confirmed by our Customer Service Team, either a refund will be issued to your bank account or a new product will be shipped to you.
We do not accept partial returns. If you have to return anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned. In case of a manufacturing issue or other queries regarding this, write to us email@example.com.
We cannot offer exchanges or refunds on customer damaged goods, and will refuse returns where it's evident that the item has been worn, used, washed or soiled.
Courier and postal charges for exchange and refund shall be borne by the customer. However, we are happy to provide a Daily Suvichar Store voucher for the value of the shipping charges up to Rs 100.
Exchanges are allowed only to the same address as the original shipment
